For deliveries within Cyprus and Greece, unless stated otherwise, orders are usually shipped through ACS Courier or Akis Express.

For international shipments, the delivery method will be communicated in the order confirmation email. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and value of the purchased items. Please note that certain products may not be eligible for international shipping.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional taxes or import duties may be charged by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the purchase price of the items. Any transaction or bank transfer fees related to payment will also be borne by the purchaser.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, depending on availability of products. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing and shipping times may increase during busy periods. If there will be a significant delay, you will be contacted via email or telephone. Custom made products may need up to 30 days to be made. Permarie Jewelry is not responsible for any delayed delivery or any other issues after your order leaves our shop.

Free shipping on orders over 100 euro. Delivery cost will be applied on orders less than 100 euro.
