If you wish to cancel an order or return an item purchased online, you must notify us by email at info@permariejewelry.com.

If the order has already been dispatched or received, we will provide instructions regarding the return procedure and the return address. Failure to follow the provided return instructions may result in the refusal of a refund or credit voucher.

All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, include all original tags, and be returned in their original packaging.

If an item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to either deduct a portion of the refund amount or reject the return entirely.

Once the returned item has been received, we will notify you via email and proceed with either a refund or the issuance of a store credit voucher, which will remain valid for one year from the date of issue.
